Dear Biocide Systems, The dog came in the doggie door at 2.a.m, after being skunked outside and began rolling on the carpets in the house.....UGH!!! After washing the dog 8 times we got the smell under some what control, we began dealing with the house. I bought several odor candles totaling 50.00 and sprays for clothing and furniture......30.00. I wanted to let you know that even though I had ordered the product over a year ago, it works! I bought the AutoVaccine in April '09 and I finally used it in March '10. I smoked in the car for almost a year before I quit. I had bought the product to have on hand to rid the car of the smoke smell for when I quit, as per the wife's request.
Even my picky/smell sensitive wife can't smell the smoke in the car. After I change the cabin air filter, I think the smell will be completely gone from the car (you can only smell it when the AC is on). Again, thanks for making such a wonderful product!

Totally amazing product! We bought a used car for our daughter & it reeked of years of cigarette smoke. We got the car detailed & it still smelled. We used your quick release product in the car and it smells like a new car. I had bought the slow release to use in the trunk, but we don't even need it. I will save it for another project car.

As a customer of biocidesystems, I have only praise for their products. I am a smoker, and I live in a log cabin made from 2 tobacco barns. Needless to say, the wood has, and is still obsorbing tobacco odors. My daughter , who has asthma, comes to visit twice a year or more , from out of state. She calls me about two weeks before her trip, and I order the room odor remover, and I use it approximately two days before her visit, and of course, I smoke outside during those days, and when she arrives, she says she cannot even hint of an odor,
PS After I use the product in the house, I sit the cup in my car over night, then start the car and run the AC for about 15 min., and then there is no odor in my car.

I moved into a condo that smelled badly of cigarette smoke from a chain smoker. Through my research to find out how to get rid of it, I found your website. Being the skeptic that I am, I decided to try the Room Shocker. IT IS AMAZING! I purchased 2 and used them in my 2 bedrooms for 6 hours and the smell is gone. This was worth every penny! My dog ran into a skunk and this product totally cleared the smell in my house. I used two for about 900 square feet, and I haven't smelled skunk still one week later. I wholeheartedly recommend their product!

Wow! I commend your company on a great product. I was a little skeptical if such a product could remove a strong odor such as cigarette smoke. It was my last ditch effort before spending $200.00 for the car to be steamed cleaned. I just completed the process and could not believe what I couldn't smell. Love, love love this product! I recently moved into an apartment that had been previously occupied by chain smoking tenants for more than 10 years. When I initially rented it, it had a little odor to it, but after 1 short month, it was almost unbearable. The odor was so strong all of my clothes and furniture had a terrible smell. In desperation I looked for a solution online. I was almost prepared to pay 200 dollars for a product that claimed to be able to take out the smell when I found biocidesystems. At such an affordable price I thought that if it didn't work, at least I wouldn't be out much. The package came right away and I was apprised by email through the whole shipping process (thanks for that). When I got the package, I was still a little skeptical.. a cup with a packet in it was going to take out all of this odor? I WAS SO PLEASED! It did exactly that. Not only was all of that smell gone from the walls and floors, ceiling, cracks, crevices, wood, it was gone from my furniture, clothes, and other absorbable items. The "funky" smell gone and my allergy symptoms were greatly reduced, so I know it also took care of the other bacteria producing problems of mold, mildew, etc.. This product lives up to it's claim and I highly recommend it for sanitizing a home, even if there is no smoke present!

It's rare when I use a product that seriously changes my life. When my dog was sprayed by a skunk this past Thursday night and ran into the house without me knowing it had happened, well, life as I knew it, had changed.
I don't have to tell you about the awful smell that soon permeated my house. I never knew how awful a skunk spraying could be. There was an actual haze in the air.
My bedroom was the pit of eternal stench as I was calling it because you couldn't walk in it without gagging.

I own a 1996 Ford Escort that I acquired from the original owner 5 years ago. I know the original owner and she was a chain smoker. The car smelled of heavy smoke all in the upholstery, air vents and everywhere.
It was almost unbearable and was still bad even five years later. As a non smoker I tried everything to get that smell out the car since I have to young kids that ride in the back. I tried rolling down the windows, detailing the car, air fresheners, Febreeze and more. You name it, I tried it and nothing worked. Then I got a hold of the Auto Vaccine and decided to give it try since it was so affordable compared to the other solutions I have already tried. The instructions were easy to follow and the whole process was simple. When all was said and done, my car no longer smelled of smoke. It smelled like a cleaning product, like my wife had just cleaned the kitchen. It was miraculous! Now I feel safer to put my kids in the car and we can now have an air freshener that smell like flowers instead of smoke & flowers. I purchased the special deal 3 get one free earlier this month. I bought your products because, I needed to get mold,mildew, musky smell out of a very old house, that has been closed up for 5 years. I don't think I've ever written to a company to tell them how fantastic I think their product is but I had to write this time. You product isn't great, it's a miracle!
I bought a pre-owned 2006 BMW X3 last weekend in another city. When we test drove it, the salesman told me it had been detailed and given a leather treatment, so I ignored the strong perfumed and funky smell. On the way home, the perfumes wore off, and I began to smell stale cigarette smoke. I sniffed the sun visor and just about gagged.
When I got home, I called the dealer who apologized. They promised to make it right. I told them I was going to try two things -- (1) an ozone shock treatment and (2) your product, Auto Vaccine. If I couldn't get rid of the smell, I was going to return the car. I didn't want to return the car, though, because I'd searched months for this particular car -- it was my dream car!
I did THREE ozone shock treatments and still smelled the smoke. I did ONE Auto Vaccine for 24 hours and the smoke smell is all gone -- as well as the funky smelling carpeting and other stale, weird smells. The car smells great. Right now it has a faint smell of chlorine but that's dissipating by the hour.
I keep going out the garage just to smell what is FINALLY a smoke-free car. I cannot believe it, and wanted to let you know that I will tell everyone I know about your miraculous product. Thanks for letting me keep my dream car -- I'm sure the dealer thanks you too for not having to buy the car back!!

BIOCIDE Team, I am pleased, very pleased, to tell you that your auto vaccine did the trick! My Tahoe was suffering from a terrible nauseating "sour milk" smell. I tried everything to get it out. I cleaned the carpets and upholstery and everything. Nothing and I mean nothing worked. I began searching on the internet and came across your product by luck. I figured I would give it a try and it actually became a big joke at work because no one had even heard of such a thing. The folks thought I was nuts and that I had come across some sort of gag or rip-off. Well - 12 hours later - BAM - no smell and it has been about 2 weeks now and still nothing. No smell at all! I will use this product if ever needed again and will be sure to recommend it to others. The only feedback for improvement I would give is finding your product. It took me some detailed searching before I came across your product on the internet so hopefully you can get moved up in the Google and yahoo search lists. THANKS! I am a real estate investor. I recently bought an investment property to fix up and rent out. after completeing the rehab, my tenants moved in. All of there furniture smelled like cigarette smoke. My tenant assured me that she quit smoking as I do not rent my houses to smokers, That being said, the house still smelled horrible. Even though the tenant used 3-4 air fresheners throughout the house, it still smelled like smoke. I didnt know what to do! I tried various products and they only masked the odor for a short while. Then I found the Room Shocker. WOW! I could not believe it! The cigarette smell was gone.....COMPLETELY.

I received it on Thursday and used it that day. We left it for 24 hours and almost all the odor is gone!! The only place you can smell it is on the finished surfaces that have been heavily waxed. But it is very minimal and something you don't even notice unless you get right against it and are actually smelling it. If we could strip all the wax off, I'm sure it would be gone 100%. But since you can't really notice it that much, I'm not sure it's worth it.
I'm so thankful to have found this product! I'm very impressed and will recommend it to anyone needing this kind of help!!

One of my dogs was sprayed by a skunk, came in the house and I could not get ride of the smell. After trying 3 other products I used Room Shocker and after 4 hours the smell was permanently removed. Easy to use and safe. You do need to leave the area for 4 hours.

After 8.7 years my VX was way overdue for some type of deodorization. A pine tree air freshener just wasn't doin' it.
That stuff works really great. The chlorine dioxide vapor it emits touches everything. I kept it in there for eight hours. The weather was bad, so I didn't really get a chance to air it out enough. There was a slight chlorine smell for a couple days. It's over thirty bucks with the shipping, but I doubt there's anything that works so well, and you only need it every couple years. Anyways, I highly recommend this stuff.
