Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
- Same day shipping cutoff time is 1pm PST.
- Shipping Days: We ship Mon – Fri; we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
- Delivery time frames are an estimate and not a guarantee. Priority Mail is a 2-3 business day delivery time frame. Orders placed before the cutoff time will ship the same day.
- FedEx Overnight orders will ship same day if received before shipping cutoff time.
- We ship out of Los Angeles, CA
- Our Money Back Guarantee only pertains to retail customers and apply to individual products, 4 packs and 10 Packs only. No case sales or wholesale orders qualify.
- Customer agrees to read and follow all instructions thoroughly before using the products.
- Any use of our product for purposes not intended will void the guarantee.
- Moneyback guarantee applies only to those who purchased directly from us. If you purchased from a 3 rd party reseller, you must request the refund through them.
- Conditions for our guarantee are as follows:
- Must contact us within 30 days of purchase date.
- Must retain and return foil pouches of used product.
- Must use product correctly and the correct amount of product.
- Any unused product returned will have a 25% restocking fee and will be returned to us at customer’s expense.
- Must send an email to returns@biocidesystems.com with receipts attached, and a brief explanation for the request.
- Moneyback guarantee can be received in one of two ways;
* Full refund of used product.
* Request for replacement product.
